2.Advanced production and inspection equipments
The company has strong technical force, has invested more than 100 million to purchase and improve the production and testing equipment.So far, the company has more than 30 sets of precision grade CNC lathes and CNC milling machines with the machining accuracy of ±1 to 1.5μM.In order to meet the demand of large and medium-sized workpieces' manufacturing, the company purchased three sets of large gantry CNC milling machines with accuracy up to ±2μM.At the same time, in order to meet the needs of special processing as well as accuracy inspection, the company is also equipped with five sets of CNC plasma arc and flame double-purposed cutting machine, three sets of CNC laser cutting machines, more than ten sets of CNC presses, CNC plate shearing machines, CNC bending machines, and more than ten sets of high-precision CNC multi-coordinate measuring instruments.
