1. Large-Scale Autoclave Product Description:
 
The autoclave has directly made the production of aerated concrete industry appear, aerated concrete production line mainly to fly ash (slag or sand) as raw material, A process is made of aerated concrete using lime, cement as cementing material, and also using aluminum powder as foaming agent, crushing, mixing, metering, pouring, then cutting after autoclave.  As a new type of light building material of aerated concrete, because of its light weight,heat insulation,thermal insulation, energy saving, environmental protection, making the advantages of fast construction has gradually opened the market, We also make the international market very well
 
2. Autoclave structure
 
1) autoclave for steel horizontal cylinder type device, a kettle cover with the whole piece of16MnR plate is pressed, a kettle cover flange, kettle body flange with 16Mn integral forging and processing. The weld seam treatment of compression part according to relevant standards and strict non-destructive testing.
 
2) autoclave door for quick open structure, relying on hand to hoist gear, can also according to user requirements the use of electric, pneumatic, hydraulic hoist. Equipped with perfect safety interlock protection device can be maximum to avoid the risks of faulty operation, to ensure the safety of production safe operation of autoclave and operator. Kettle type with side door opening and turn on the two types of choice for users. Open side by rotating arm type opening mechanism, flexible rotation, low operation, simple and convenient to open; open the lever type opening mechanism, the lower end of the lever is connected with the kettle door, the upper end is provided with a counterweight device, the type of open light tank, side of the small space.
 
3 autoclave door is sealed by the professional manufacturers of imported rubber sealing ring,simple installation, good sealing performance, long service life. The kettle body support for different parts, set a fixed bearing, movable bearing, special bearing end of three forms. To better adapt to the kettle body thermal expansion and contraction, to ensure the normal workand the service life of autoclave.
 
4) autoclave is provided with a safety valve, pressure gauge, measuring element, seal ball valve into the    exhaust valve, drain valve, valve and other necessary instruments, and decontamination can be selected using.

3.  Process:
a) After welding kettle door, it must proceed with annealing heat treatment.
b) Polish toothed cutter of flange of autoclave body, and carry out magnetic particle testing.
c) Use double scale container board, and ensure the longitudinal joint of each section.
d) Carry out the physical and chemical test (stretch, impact), ensure its strength.
e) Welds are 100% X-ray detection, then carry out hydraulic test of 2.1MPa after passing. The whole process is complete inspected by CSEI factory inspection, and leave factory after stamp and signature .
