AAC slab/AAC panel introduction:
 
On the AAC panel production line, raw materials including the cement, lime, fly ash or sand lime, aluminum powder, and gypsum are firstly mixed and poured into mould to form what is termed as green cakes. Subsequently, the green cake is cut and autoclaved to produce the final AAC panels. AAC product combines structural capability and thermal insulation into one material. It is ideal for roof panels as well as the inner leaf and outer leaf of a cavity wall. AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) slab is also called ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) slab, which is steel mesh reinforced, lightweight and loadbearing.   AAC slab can be used as external wall panel (exterior wall panel), internal wall panel (interior wall panel), partition wall panel, flooring, roofing, fence, cladding, curtain wall and facade etc. This kind of new building material has been well used in various kinds of buildings, such as public facilities, industrial constructions, civil housing, hospitals, hotels, apartments, villas, schools, stores, supermarkets etc.The AAC slab can replace traditional precast concrete and clay bricks very well. Also the panels can easily cut, drilled, screwed when installing with fast speed due lightweight and precast. There are a large number of pores, or air voids in AAC slab/AAC panel. These voids help produce the cellular structure of the AAC. They are also why AAC panels can have light weight, good thermal and acoustic insulation, and noise absorption properties, in addition to high refractory and bearing capacity. Therefore, the AAC panel can be widely used to construct framework, block work, and other concrete brick structure. The aircrete production process might differ slightly between individual production plants, but the principles are similar. General stages involved in the production process include raw material preparation, rebar fabrication, reinforcing mesh assembly, material batching and mixing, pouring concrete (strengthened with the reinforcing mesh), letting the concrete cure, concrete cutting, autoclaving, packaging, and concrete panel repair and patching
